Cultivated in the heart of the Lugana, South of Lake Garda, from grapes of Turbiana (white grape variety). Harvested at the beginning of September, it is vinified leaving the grape to macerate approximately 12 hours on the skins. Then, the grapes are slightly pressed and the wine is separated from the skins. This is followed by a refinement in stainless steel barrels for a few months and then in bottles, thus obtaining a straw yellow wine with greenish veins. It is a fragrant, flowery, intense and agreeably fresh wine.
Excellent as an appetiser and fish in general, dessert.
